1st

      Other requests for supplies will be sent home as needed

• Please write student’s name on all items including uniforms – especially sweaters and jackets.
• Please replace items as needed during the school year.

2nd

• 2 Packages wide-rule notebook paper
• 2 Boxes of facial tissue

• Crayons and/or markers (small to medium box)

      Other requests for supplies will be sent home as needed.  Please plan to replace items throughout the school year as necessary.

      Also, please write the student's name on all uniforms--especially sweaters and jackets.  These are easily mixed up between children but are always   returned if there is a name inside.

3rd and 4th

• 1  Dozen #2 pencils

• 1  12” ruler (must show centimeters and inches)
• 1  Bottle of white glue, 8 oz. & 4 glue sticks
• 1  Box of coloring tool (crayons, colored pencils, or markers)
• 1  Set of low odor Dry erase markers and white board eraser for student use with name labeled
• 1  School box or pouch to hold above items (must fit in desk)
• ~  Packages of wide-ruled binder paper
• 2  One inch binder with pockets (no larger & no zipper binders)
• 2  3-hole punched folders
• 1  Pencil pouch
• 1  Wire bound notebook with 3 holes
• 1  Box of facial tissue
• 1  Recorder (in a case)
• 3^rd grade students must purchase P.E. Uniforms

• Please label all items, including clothing, backpacks and lunch containers, using a permanent marker or sticker.
