Scholarships and Financial Aid

Partnering with Your Family

Our mission is to make a Christ-centered education accessible to everyone. We strive to keep our tuition competitive so that financial constraints never stand in the way of a child's growth.

Below, explore the local, regional, and school-supported financial assistance programs available to help make a Foothill education a reality for your family.

The BASIC Fund

The BASIC Fund provides scholarships on a first-come, first-served basis to families in financial need. The awards are based on household size and income and cover up to $2,000 of the tuition per child each school year.

  • Applications Accepted: Starting mid-January.

  • Application Deadline: Advised to apply by March 29th for the best chance of funding, but applications are accepted until June 30th. Applications received after March 15th will be placed on a waitlist.

  • Waitlist Closes: Late Spring. See BASIC Fund website for the current deadlines.

Central California Conference Scholarships

The Central California Conference (CCC) offers several scholarship funds to support students. For more information on any of the following, please contact us or visit this link.

  • Central California Conference (CCC) Education Endowment Fund

  • New Member Evangelism Fund

  • Three-way Matching Fund

  • CCC Minority Fund for members of a Hispanic, Asian, or African American CCC church

  • Conference Faith Advance

After receiving information from our school on these scholarships, you may be instructed to complete a FACTS Financial Aid Assessment. Please do so from the link below.

Next Step Scholarship (K & 9th Grade)

This scholarship is open to all students enrolled in Kindergarten or 9th Grade for the upcoming school year.

  • Award (Kindergarten): Between $250 and $750

  • Award (9th Grade): Between $1,000 and $2,500

  • Application: All applications must be completed online.

  • Deadline: August 1, 2026

Pacific Union Conference Scholarships

The Pacific Union Conference offers several education scholarships for full-time students enrolled in a Central California Conference Adventist school in grades K-12 or at La Sierra University, Loma Linda University, Montemorelos University, Oakwood College, and Pacific Union College.

  • Includes: Baybarz Trust Fund, Education Endowment, Union Elementary, and Hochhalter funds.

  • Application: All applications must be completed online.

  • Deadline: June 30, 2026

*K-12 applicants must work with their school principal or business manager before applying.
